Shipping

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of the items you ordered. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from the receipt of your order.

All of the orders are processed within 3 working days. Products are sent out within 5 working days after payment is received. Products are delivered to the customer in 2-30 working days depending on the location and the quantity of the order.

Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kadar Utca 9-11, 1132, Budapest, Hungary.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and don’t get damaged on the way. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
